1) Returns Policy

  • The goods once delivered cannot be returned.
  • Utsav Collection is not responsible for damage of goods after delivery. All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be reported to customer service on the delivery date.
  • Note:- Please make a video while opening a box otherwise customer will not get any replacement of breakage product during delivery.

2) Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation can be accepted if the cancellation is made before dispatch of goods, cancellation refund will be processed within 15 working days. The company will charge 2.5% gateway charge and refund the balance amount to the cardholder.
